    Decent apartments, but the property manager can be pretty unhelpful. Around the time I was moving out, she would not answer any of my emails or would take several days to respond. In one case, her part-time assistant was the one who responded simply to tell me that she would get the property manager to follow up with me, but I still hadn't heard back from that manager afterwards.

    The Vue as a building is nice, very modern with all the amenities you could need. The staff was also great until I needed assistance. I bought a home and attempted to sublet my unit. Actually subletting my unit was a nightmare. I had 4 different applicants attempt to take over my lease... some gave up because the management team was slow and inconsistent, and others didn’t get accepted due to income despite making more than twice the rent. The staff was never on the same page and I’d hear a different answer from every person I talked to. They cashed checks earlier than they said they would and refused to fix their mistakes. I paid them 500 dollars to rent out my apartment, which they didn’t do, I did. They then refunded the new renter this 500 dollars, instead of me. While the unit was still rented out to me but was not occupied (because I was in my new house) they came in and turned up the heat to 75 degrees (24 hrs/day for a month) which ran my MG&E bill way up. With all these frustrations they were no where near empathetic, apologetic, or will to work with me. On a side note, someone puked in the hallway one day and I called to get it cleaned. They sent someone over 36 hours later so the apartment smelled awful for a while. I rented the community room (for a 100 dollar fee) for a large family Christmas celebration and they forgot to leave me the keys in my mailbox like they said they would. Staff had off over the holidays so I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to get these keys. I eventually got in just in time thanks to an emergency maintence man coming in from out of the city. My dishwasher wasn’t working so I called for a repair. The repairman came, did some work and left, but the dishwasher was not fixed. I had to call again. This happened 3-4 times before it was finally completed. Smoking outside is allowed. In the summer time cigarette butts are thrown on the paths and grass areas and accumalate. Not only does it look trashy, but my dog would get them so I had to carry him until I was far enough away from the building. While the amenities are great, they are extremely crowded during the hours I would’ve enjoyed to use them most. You will be lucky if you get a treadmill to use or lawn chair to lay out on during peak times. One underground parking spot is included wth the unit, but if there are multiple cars to one unit don’t expect to get surface level parking, you will for sure be parking on the street many nights as the lot fills fast. I can say that I appreciated how dog friendly they were. For sure the best thing they have to offer... I will never recommend The Vue to anyone, or fiduciary management at that as they contributed to my awful experience.

  • I've worked with Jane and her team for well over 10 years now. I have all of my insurance with them and they are fantastic to work with. Anytime I needed to make a claim they were very responsive and fast. As my insurance needs have changed over the years they've always worked hard to make sure I had the appropriate coverage without over covering me.
